Finding our own balance; one size does not fit all

So many of us have hectic lifestyles and schedules that require our full attention which may leave the holistic essence of our being having to be put on hold. Holding back on reading that book, making that visit or just having that ‘me’ time can seem like the right thing to do but too often it leads to losing balance. What seemed like a great project, great job, and great relationship soon becomes burdensome and overwhelming.

Can we imagine?

A car without fuel

A phone without battery

A plant without water

Exactly, so how can we possible thrive without our own time to ‘refuel, recharge and reenergise’?

Some of my clients come to see me when they have already ‘burnt out’ or feel stuck and are on the verge of personal imbalance and would really like to make changes. If you go straight in with adding everything all at once like waking up at 4am, cooking all food from scratch, yoga classes, gym, meeting friends, social events it will be unlikely that you will maintain an effective change. The process for change requires simple and consistent steps that you choose to make work for you. There are no magic formulas or potions that make you a balanced person; the secret lies within you. Make your schedule work for you; join us to create your perfect balance.
